TERMS OF USE

  • Web & Emailed Orders

    • Best: place orders at www.geardisplays.com and upload artwork with the order.
    • Web orders received after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
    • You may email orders to info@geardisplays.com, but do not attach artwork to emailed purchase orders. Emails after 12:00 PM EST count as received the next business day.
  • Standard Lead Times

    • Lead times are listed on each product page and depend on capacity/inventory. The factory may adjust lead times and will notify affected customers.
    • Production starts after we receive: complete PO, payment/credit approval, production-ready artwork, and proof approval. Documents after 12:00 PM EST count as received the next business day.
    • Hardware-only orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship next day (subject to stock/capacity). Customer Care will advise of delays.
  • Rush Orders

    Rush service requires Customer Care approval; same-day available for some products. Contact Customer Care for availability and fees.
  • Substitution & Product Availability

    We may substitute products with comparable cost/style or withdraw offerings without notice.
  • Order Changes, Cancelations & Returns

    • No manufacturing or graphic changes after final proof approval.
    • Customer pays for labor/materials already incurred if cancelling.
    • Custom/printed items cannot be returned.
    • Cancellations may incur a 5% processing fee on refunds.
    • Returns require prior approval and an RMA; may incur restocking/processing fees.
    • Returns not accepted after 90 days. Customer pays prepaid, insured return shipping and bears risk in transit.
  • Payment & Credit

    • New customers must prepay first orders. Orders are prepaid until credit is approved.
    • Accepted: Cash, e-Transfer and PayPal.
  • Trademarks & Artwork

    • Catalog artwork is illustrative. By submitting artwork you warrant it does not violate laws or third-party rights and agree to hold the factory harmless.
  • Shipping

    • See product pages on the website for shipping methods and dimensions. Special rules and pricing apply to oversized items.
  • Warranty

    • Standard hardware warranty: one year parts and labor (unless otherwise noted).
    • Graphics: 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
    • Warranty excludes damage from accidents, abuse, or normal wear.
    • Customer ships product to factory for inspection. If a defect is confirmed and claim is within warranty, factory will repair/replace and cover standard outbound shipping.
  • Claims

    • Report damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt or the manufacturer may refuse the claim.
